Project Description:
Over the past decade, the Client Advocacy Office developed a number of
web applications. Generally,
these were developed in areas that span functional units and thus required
someone in the middle to champion their development. As we move forward with the FIS/HRIS
project, this office is re-examining its mission, and will be divesting
itself of its application portfolio.
Thus, AIS has agreed to “adopt” and take over support for most of these
applications over the next two years.
We are just at the beginning of this process, but this change
represents a significant expansion in our portfolio. Project Status:
We have prepared a very high level strategy with CAO, and are beginning project staffing. |
