Project Description:Install
and customize the new Integral payroll system software, releases 10.1.13 thru
10.1.22. The Integral system is a
full HR suite however, MSU just uses the payroll functions. Hundreds of lines of MSU
customization is required on both the online pages and the batch reporting to
remove unneeded / unused fields, add other fields from non-payroll systems
(i.e. accounting, personnel, budget), calculations specific to union
requirements, etc. Each
new release also includes Checkwrite’s hand drawn check module, and must be
re-customized and tested.
Project Status:
Online programming changes complete, testing in process. Working on file conversions and finalizing batch programs new release changes and MSU enhancements. For additional information concerning this project, please
