Project Description:
Financial aid software is provided by the vendor, Sigma
Systems Inc. This software complies with federal regulations and normally
each release includes mandated changes as well as enhancements to
functionality. The software is received in a series of releases annually. The
new software is installed, tested, and moved to production. The project
includes retrofitting much MSU specific program code, database changes, and
the creation of new jobs.
Project Status:
All scheduled
release have been received, tested, and implemented on schedule. Financial aid awards were processed
and notifications sent as scheduled in March. Project complete.
