AIS provides fee-based service support for PC and Local Area Network implementation, security analysis, hardware and software trouble-shooting and repair.   

There are two levels of support costs, one for time and materials only, a second for a minimum number of contracted hours.  Please see the AIS Billing Rates page (LAN Support) for details.

Services provided will be customized to meet the contracting office’s needs.  We can work with your technical staff to support your in-house IT functions or provide complete support services.
